Richard has been selling real estate at the highest level for over 8 years, with the last two years being successfully teamed up with Jeremy Gould. Together they have achieved Top 10% of all Bayleys Sales People nationally in 2013/2014 and 2014/2015. They have achieved this through a team approach and a level of service seldom seen in real estate. Jeremy Gould

Teamed up with Richard Innes, together they specialise in the marketing and sale of rural and lifestyle properties throughout Canterbury. This is complemented by a strong and successful business selling all types of property throughout the inner Lyttelton Harbour.
 
With a proven track record across a wide range of property from larger rural farms through to client’s residential properties, this experience has provided them with advanced skills to deliver outstanding results.
 
Jeremy has over 20 years of experience in the stock and station industry, and through holding positions in finance and senior management, Jeremy has an immense amount of experience in deal negotiation behind him. His business acumen is further supported by a Bachelor of Agricultural Science from Lincoln University and a Diploma in Business Studies (Real Estate) from Massey University.
 
Richard has had over 8 years as a Real estate professional selling at the highest level and with a High Country background has an affinity and love of rural Canterbury.
